Players find padrinos

Each player sends his own link. Every padrino he finds raises what one of his points is worth.

The pledge screen a padrino sees: 5¢, 10¢ and 20¢ a point, with 20¢ chosen, and the line that says a 150-point game comes to $30.00 for the program, never more than the $40 cap.

WHEN IT CLOSES

Reported to the program

Every pledge is calculated and reported to the program. Each padrino gets one email with the points and their total, and the program is paid directly.

What it costs

Nothing up front. The invoice comes after the results do.

You run the event, the report is yours to print the moment it closes, and the licence is invoiced after that. One price per event — it does not move with how much you raise, how many players run, or how many padrinos they bring in. And if the event records no pledges at all, there is no invoice.

One price for the whole event, however many players take a run and however many padrinos each one brings. You know which step you are on before you start, and it does not move.

Nothing up front. Setting it up is free and running it is free.
No pledges, no fee. An event that records no pledges is never invoiced.
Invoiced when the event closes, due within seven days.
Not a percentage of anything. It does not come out of any pledge, and your padrinos are charged nothing.
If it is not paid, that event’s licence lapses and its pledge data comes off the platform. We do not chase it any further.
